Another old show, 2001.
Tonight I went and saw Less Than Jake. It has been at least 6 years since I’ve last seen them and they’ve always put on a good show. Tonight was no different, they were good and solid as usual. The show itself was just alright. Off With Their Heads was an opener, and sounded way good live. I’ve heard of them for a while but never really started listening to them until recently, I slept on them for too long. I saw some old faces from high school at the show, did some catching up and ran into Las Vegas’s own hardcore heavyweights, the boys in Folsom LVHC. Anyways, seeing LTJ made me feel like I was a 17 yr. old kid again dancing and singing along to them. It’s nice to go back every know and then, and feel a bit nostalgic. My only real qualm with tonight’s set was that they didn’t play “History Of A Boring Town”, but they did cover The Animaniacs & Spongebob theme songs, well maybe next time.
